DAZE130: A NEW DAY "HELD UNDER AN INCANDESCENT SKY"

YOUNG TEXAS KIDS PLAYIN DOPE MELODIC METALCORE!... FOR FANS OF SKYCAMEFALLING, UNDEROATH, A LONG WINTER... SAN ANTONIO REPRESENTTTT

Based out of south Texas, A NEW DAY are crafting metalcore that combines hair-rising heaviness with melody and electronic textures. Drawing influence from the emotionally driven and powerful sounds of early 2000s bands like A Long Winter, Hopesfall, and Broken by Silence, the band made their debut in 2025 with the So Close To Perfection... EP. Today, An New Day follow it up with their HELD UNDER AN INCANDESCENT SKY EP out through DAZE. Across the five tracks, the six member band push the limits of dynamics into a unique, crushing sound. Scathing growls exchange with emotional cleans delivering lines of the polarity of friendships. Feverish riffs meet layered synths and haunting melodies, creating a sublime chaos throughout the EP.
